Steps for Registration
Step 1: Complete the "Finalize your Roster for Provincials" section of your teams SRS roster. (SRS Instructions)
Step 2: Fill out the Provincial Team Championship Registration Google Form (linked HERE).
Entry Fee: $ 51/athlete (includes $1 Pay it Forward Loonie Fee)
Coaches Fee: $25.00 (Each registered coach will receive a Wristband which gives them access to the Coaches & Officials Hospitality Room. This room will be stocked with food and beverages for Friday and Saturday as well as a meal prepared for lunch on Saturday.)
All entry forms must be received no later than 12:00pm on Monday, March 9, 2026 from the Edmonton, Calgary, and Rural Zone coordinators. Only one (1) entry form per zone will be accepted. Competitors must be placed in the correct weight class and must be listed in order of finish at the qualifying competition for the Provincials (1 to 5). Changes will only be allowed in any weight class of the team (Calgary, Edmonton, and Rural) that has already registered for and paid for a competitor in that weight class.
NOTE: It is the responsibility of participating schools to submit a cheque for all confirmed athletes (not the zones responsibility).
In wrestling, participating schools will submit a cheque for all athletes confirmed by the entry deadline. In the event an athlete(s) fails to show, the offending athlete’s school will be penalized an additional $50 per no show over and above entry fees, to a maximum of $250. The Executive will have the sole discretion to impose the penalty based on the rationale provided by the school for the late withdrawal.
